All the residential Tenancies Forms:

Form P - Standard form of Lease:

Woodbine Park Management doesn't give tenants this information, it is implied which is troublesome. They may use a verbal Month to Month Lease and give residents Landlord Community Guidelines, which ARE NOT to conflict with this Standard Lease.

Land-Lease Communitiy Residents should have a written lease, the Society is asking for that in Legislation

Form J - Application to resolve a dispute between a landlord and tenant:

When an Issue isn't resolved after contacting Park Management, This is the form that gets you a mediator to try and resolve an issue.

If there is an unresolved issue with Park Management, The Residential Tenancies Program can be contacted. The Program can help you determine which form will need to be filed to resolve an issue and schedule for a Mediator phone call. Also a decision in a hearing to resolve issues are scheduled.
